Before Lucyna transitioned into real estate as a career, she developed a home accessories company and refined her skills in sales, negotiation, and client development while managing operations for a high-end fashion company. Lucyna builds long lasting relationships by understanding client needs and goals through genuine attention to detail and effective communication. Lawrence-Michael Gransberry Born and raised in Midland, Texas and continues to maintain roots in the area. He spent his childhood summers exploring the great city of Chicago, falling in love with the city’s dynamic culture and art/music scene. After college, he returned to Chicago, where he has lived and thrived for the past eight years. Throughout his years of working and living in the city, he developed a sincere passion for rich urban architecture and the complex beauty of the city, ultimately leading him to the real estate industry.
Prior to real estate, Lawrence-Michael studied music and business management back in his home state. Upon his move to Chicago, he began a career in the non-profit and hospitality industry specializing as a food and beverage professional, where he developed a personal and tailored approach to customer service.
Being socially savvy, Lawrence-Michael understands the importance of fostering client relationships. His outgoing spirit and artistic experience plays a huge part in seeing the beauty and originality of each home and client he represents, resulting in a creative and contemporary approach to marketing.
